The M P Birla Foundation Higher Secondary School, Kolkata, recently organized a transformative Integrated Amrita Meditation (IAM) training session for all their teachers. The training was led by Bri Niseema, IAM Instructor from Amrita University, Amritapuri Campus.
IAM is a comprehensive meditation technique that combines various ancient practices to promote holistic well-being.
IAM equips teachers with tools to manage stress effectively, enhancing their overall well-being. It helps improve concentration and focus, leading to enhanced productivity. IAM also fosters emotional resilience, allowing teachers to navigate challenges with greater ease and positivity. By promoting inner calmness and clarity, it nurtures creativity and innovative thinking among teachers.
Ms Shravani Roy Choudhury, Vice-Principal at The M P Birla Foundation School remarked, “IAM training has been a game-changer for me. It’s not just about relaxation; it’s a journey towards self-discovery and inner peace. I feel more cantered and equipped to handle daily challenges with a positive mindset. Grateful for this transformative experience!”
Let’s continue to cultivate well-being and inner harmony together.
