Braving a heavy downpour meditation enthusiasts including students, teachers, businessmen, a school headmistress, retired government officers, financial and insurance advisers, and an architect attended the Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique (IAM20) workshop at the Ganapati Murugan Mandir, Navelim, Goa, a state on the southwestern coast of India famous for its white-sand beaches. The session was led by Brahmacharini Vagishamrita Chaitanya, certified IAM instructor from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. The participants said that they felt relaxed and rejuvenated at the end of the workshop. The participants unanimously said that the workshop inspired them to practice IAM20 daily.
