Working Professionals from various organizations gathered on a Sunday to learn and practice IAM Meditation. The workshop took place at MVM Campus Auditorium, Andheri, Mumbai.
Over 50 participants, comprising corporate professionals from diverse organizations and a few professional students attended the workshop. IAM certified instructors, Brahmacharini Amritatmika Chaitanya and Brahmacharini Niseema from Amrita University led the workshop with the objective of introducing the technique to busy professionals grappling with hectic lifestyles leading to stress.
Mr Sanoop Somanathan from Morgan Stanley, an American multinational investment bank at Mumbai said, “I have been waiting to learn a right meditation practice to manage the daily stress. I found IAM Technique as the best and simple one suitable for the busy professionals. I am sure IAM practice will help me to have more work-life balance.”
IAM workshop emphasized the importance of regular meditation and mindfulness practices as effective tools for stress management and overall well-being.
