IAM for Youth is a combination of mindfulness, breathwork, visualization, yoga, and Pranayama, designed to be practiced daily within just 15 minutes. The program focuses on synchronizing the minds, bodies, and spirits of students, offering a comprehensive approach perfectly tailored to address the academic challenges faced by 11th and 9th graders.

Throughout the session, students delved deep into the IAM program, uncovering the remarkable advantages it presents.
