Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham organized the Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique (IAM20) Stress Management Leaders Workshop for senior executives from different corporate departments of the Dempo Group at Panaji, Goa. The keen interest and support of Chairman, Shrinivas Dempo was proof of his commitment to the well-being of his employees. Brahmacharini Vagishamrita Chaitanya, certified IAM instructor led the workshop, deftly assisted by AYUDH volunteers. IAM originates from Mata Amritanandamayi Devi – Amma ‘s unconditional love for humanity and offers profound benefits for those seeking inner balance and peace.
Rupali Desai, Program Manager, Dempo House, said that she felt very calm and relaxed! Prashant Wagadre, Dy Manager, Dempo House said that he felt very energetic after the workshop and believes regular practice will definitely bring positive changes. Nitin Mahale, Manager, V S Dempo Holdings said,” It’s very useful for health and relaxation”. Pradeep Anand Priolkar, Junior Officer, Goa Carbon Limited, felt his whole body relaxing and said, “it’s a good way to build a healthy life”. Wilfred Dsouza, CEO V. Consulate of Italy in Goa, said he felt relaxed and enriched in the very first experience. He also found noticeable instant results from the simple yogic exercises.
