National Shooters and 30 Gold Medallists at Medallion Shooting Foundation, Pune participated in Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique (IAM) Training to enhance their focusing skills for sport shooting and developing a positive mindset. Olympic Medallist, World Cup Winner, and International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) Gold Medallist, Ms Anjali Bhagwat inspired her sport shooting team to learn and practice the IAM Technique. The training was conducted by IAM-certified instructor Brahmacharini Amritatmika Chaitanya from the IAM & AYUDH National Coordination Team.
The IAM Training was conducted exclusively for the sport shooters gearing up for rigorous National and International competitions.
The Team Coach Ms Anjali Bhagwat is an Indian rifle shooter who won the 2002 International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) Champion of Champions combined-air-rifle event to become the first Indian to win that competition. She became the World Number ONE in 10m Air Rifle in 2002. She also won her first World Cup Final in Milan, in 2003, with a score of 399/400.
