Our recent online IAM training session finished successfully where we introduced the transformative Integrated Amrita Meditation (IAM) Technique to a diverse group of participants from Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Chandigarh!

On 17th and 18th February, individuals from various regions came together virtually to embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace through IAM meditation. The session was conducted by Br. Mokshamrita and Br. Harshamrita.
