Healthy body and healthy mind provide a body peace and calm, which became a need of today’s era. IAM technique which connects the body and mind to provide our body calm and relax. In a quest to nurture holistic growth, Students of DAV Chandrashekharpur, Bhubaneswar, Odisha participated it in the Integrated Amrita Meditation technique, successfully conducted by Brahmacharini Niseema from Mata Amritanandamayi Math. IAM meditation is a combination of yoga postures, breathing exercises, visualisation born out of Amma, Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi’s selfless and unconditional love for the humanity.

The impact goes beyond relaxation; it’s a game-changer for their academic journey.More than just meditation, IAM becomes a secret ally, reducing stress and enhancing focus, as they prepare for their exams. The benefits don’t stop there – it lays the foundation for a successful academic journey and a promising future. By promoting concentration and clarity, IAM equips students with the mental resilience needed for not just board exams but for any future academic challenges.

Here’s what a student, Anushka had to say: “IAM made a huge difference! Before, exams stressed me out, but now I feel more in control. It’s like having a superpower for studying.”

Ms Isha Satpathy, the psychologist and student counsellor, from DAV thanked and expressed her gratitude for conducting such unique technique to the students. She said this technique will help the students to get rid of the stress and many more physical and mental problems.

“IAM isn’t just a practice; it’s an investment in these students’ futures. It’s not about just acing exams; it’s about shaping confident, focused individuals ready to conquer any academic or career path ahead”. Said Gowri sing, the yoga coordinator of DAV school.

All the participants were very much thrilled to discover the easy and simplicity of the process and exercises. They said they are feeling more relaxed and fresher after practicing this. They thanked for experiencing this unique experience and great blessing from Amma to the world.
