IAM session was conducted at Mata Amritanandamayi Math, Kolkata. This workshop was attended by over 30 devotees and AYUDHians. All of them thoroughly enjoyed the workshop conducted by Brahmacharini Niseema, a certified IAM instructor from the Office of Youth Empowerment, Amritapuri campus. The participants expressed their gratitude in words and prayers to Amma for having given them an opportunity to learn such a wonderful technique to manage their mind.
