The employees and staffs of Amrita hospital, Faridabad received IAM training on the special occasion of International Day of Yoga, June 21 2020. The session was attended by more than 150 participants including the local AYUDH members. The participants mentioned that they immensely benefitted from the technique and felt it to be very relaxing and energizing.

IAM comes directly from Amma and is being taught across the world to help mankind cope with the various stresses they encounter.
