IAM Stress management leaders workshop was jointly organized by the Indo- American Chamber of Commerce and Mata Amritanandamayi Math, Chennai at the IACC office. “Relaxed, light, motivated, inspired, calm, composed, stress-free, energetic”, said heads of organizations in fields ranging from publishing, law, software, exports, aerospace, art, consulting, and engineering. A team of instructors from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri facilitated the IAM training.
