IAM Stress management workshop was conducted for the employees of Insolation Energy Pvt. Ltd, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Over 60 employees from various departments participated in the workshop organized by a team from the Office of Youth Empowerment (OYE), Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri campus. All the participants found the training extremely helpful to relax in their daily hectic schedule. They were all of the opinion that it helped them develop a positive attitude towards life and decided to practice daily and experience the benefit of IAM. Most of them requested for the refresher soon.
