A team of certified IAM instructors from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri, Kerala conducted IAM sessions for multiple colleges in Ludhiana and Patiala, Punjab. There were 40 students who participated in the workshop conducted at CT University, Ludhiana. In another session, around 80 medical students from Guru Nanak Ayurvedic Medical College, Ludhiana took part in the workshop. Sessions were also conducted at Government Girls college – Ludhiana and Government Ayurvedic Medical College, Patiala with over 100 participants from each campus. Most of the students shared how they felt before and after the sessions. May of them have committed to regular IAM practice.
