Integration Amrita Meditation (IAM) workshop was conducted for the members of Kerala Bhavan Cultural centre, Pune. The workshop, organized by a team from the Office of Youth Empowerment (OYE), Amritapuri campus was attended by over 40 members with a mix of youngsters and elder ones. The participants were enthusiastic after the session and rated high of the technique. Many of them said they would practice it regularly to reap full benefits of the technique.
