A team of certified IAM instructors from Mata Amritanandamayi Math,Amritapuri campus conducted IAM training for the students and teachers of Central University, Multiple sessions were conducted to teach IAM for more than 300 students and staffs from various streams. The students also learnt about various projects and activities organized by AYUDH, the international youth wing of Mata Amritanandamayi Math. The participants felt very relaxed and calm after the practice and mentioned that it was such a simple and effective way of focussing on the inner silence.
