Certified instructors from the National coordinating team of IAM and AYUDH, Amritapuri conducted IAM sessions for the students of Dayanand Public School, Shimla. The session was attended by more than 200 students. The students enjoyed learning IAM and expressed their interest in such short and effective techniques to manage their mind. They were also introduced to the activities and projects of AYUDH, the international youth wing of Mata Amritanandamayi Math.
