A team of IAM instructors from Mata Amritanandamayi Math, Amritapuri,Kerala conducted IAM workshops for colleges in Chandigarh. More than 100 students participated in the session conducted for Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Sector 42. The students said they were refreshed and bit more settled after the meditation training.

In another session conducted at Shri Dhanwantari Ayurvedic college, there were over 50 student participants who were interested in learning the meditation technique. The team received excellent feedbacks from the students and many of them committed to a regular practice of IAM.
