Multiple IAM sessions were conducted for the boys and girls of Khalsa Public school, Amritsar. More than 800 students participated in the AYUDH and IAM sessions. The participants learnt the technique and also clarified their queries regarding the technique and the benefits of meditation. Many of them also shared their interest in being part of the AYUDH family. The sessions were conducted with the support of AYUDH Punjab chapter.
