Integrated Amrita Meditation (IAM) technique was taught at the Calcutta Nair Service Society, Salt Lake City, Kolkata by Brahmacharini Niseema, a certified IAM instructor from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri, Kerala. There were 27 members from different occupational backgrounds present for the training. There were very good feedbacks received from both youngsters as well as elder people in the group. IAM is being taught all over the world free of cost for people in all age groups and occupational backgrounds.
