IAM meditation training was conducted in the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay – IITB campus. The Phd & MTech students attended the training. Though they had exposure to Yoga, all participants wanted to learn an efficient meditation technique which can help them in their hectic schedule to overcome stress in daily life. The meditation aspects of IAM comprising visualization and energizing exercises as well as breathing techniques were a refreshing addition to their yoga routine. “After a long day, we are feeling relaxed and refreshed” said the participants.The research students were excited by learning the meditation technique and said that the IAM meditation is definitely going to make them stress-free and more productive. They all promised to practice IAM everyday. Participants enjoyed the simplicity of the technique and asked for weekly refreshers so that study-work-life balance can be achieved.
