IAM meditation training was conducted at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB) campus. The workshop was attended by 40 students from PhD and MTech departments. Though they had exposure to yoga, they were keen to learn an efficient meditation technique which could help them in their hectic schedule to effectively manage their day-to-day stress. The meditation aspects of IAM comprising visualization and energizing exercises were a refreshing addition to their yoga routine. Participants enjoyed the workshop and requested for weekly refreshers so that study-work-life balance can be achieved.
