IAM refresher course with Q&A session was held for the participants of virtual training. The refresher courses are held to help the participants review the process of doing the meditation technique until it becomes second nature to them. It gives them a chance to practice IAM once again with the instructor in order to rectify mistakes if any, and improve their efficiency in practicing. During the Question and Answer session, participants interacted with the instructor and commented on how in just a short duration of time, they have noticed a marked improvement in their concentration levels. They said, the regular IAM practice help them to stay calm and they could spread only Joy to others!
