IAM refresher with Q&A was conducted for IAM meditation practitioners to clarify their doubts and to perform group practice. IAM has paved a way inwards that has given people greater emotional stability. During this difficult period, some participants were sharing about their struggles with mental and behavioral health issues associated with COVID-19, including anxiety, depression and how IAM has helped them to cope up with these. 

“Practicing IAM daily has improved my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health”, said Ms Trace Nikitaras, a professional yoga teacher from Sydney, Australia.
