An IAM session was conducted at Fort William, Kolkata for the Army officers. The session conducted for a small group of 10 employees offered them with training on IAM, a simple meditation technique which has scientifically proven benefits including decreased stress levels, improved focus, better control over mind and emotions, increased positive outlook all with just minimum time investment of just 20 minutes per day. The participants had their first experience during the training when they slowly slipped into the meditative state to experience the silence within.
