IAM stress management workshop was conducted for a group of teachers at The Neotia University (TNU), Kolkata by Brahmacharini Niseema, certified IAM instructor from the Office of Youth Empowerment (OYE), Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri, Kerala. The three-hour workshop attended by 28 faculty members and HODs included the training session followed by a one round of practice. The participants said the technique was very simple, short but extremely powerful in helping us know our inner potential.
