A team of certified IAM instructors from Mata Amritanandamayi Math, Amritapuri, Kerala conducted multiple IAM sessions for school students in Haryana. More than 350 students participated in the workshops conducted at the various schools including DAV school – Pundri village,Jairam Vidyapeeth Sanskrit college – Kurukshetra and DSP school – Jagadhri. The students clarified their doubts regarding the technique, its effects and postures after the training. Many students committed to regular practice of IAM and also shared their interest in joining AYUDH, the international youth wing of Mata Amritanandamayi Math.
