Integrated Amrita Meditation (IAM) session was conducted for the Indian Navy officers at the Kochi Naval Base in Ernakulam, Kerala. The session was attended by almost 100 Navy officers from different ranks, including the Vice Admiral Anil Kumar Chawla, who had also inaugurated the AYUDH Leaders Training Summit 2019 at Amritapuri. This IAM session was organized by AYUDH Kerala and Kochi Naval base jointly. The officers shared wonderful feedbacks and thanked the team for conducting similar workshops across the world helping people combat stress situations more efficiently.
