More than 25 members of AYUDH Hyderabad chapter and volunteers of the Hyderabad ashram attended the IAM training session conducted at Mata Amritanandamayi Math, Hyderabad. All of them thoroughly enjoyed the workshop conducted by Br. Amit, a certified IAM instructor from the Office of Youth Empowerment, Amritapuri campus. The participants expressed their gratitude in words and prayers to Amma for having given them an opportunity to learn such a wonderful technique to have a positive frame of mind at all circumstances.
