A team of certified IAM instructors from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri, Kerala conducted IAM session at Shifaly International School, Ludhiana.

There were more than 150 students who participated in the session. Most of the students shared how they felt before and after the sessions. they felt relaxed, refreshed and weemes to enjoy th silence for some time before winding up the session.Many students have committed to regular IAM practice.
