The NSS students of Punjab University were offered with IAM training by certified IAM instructors of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri, Kerala. More than 50 students took part in the session where they were apprised of IAM, a time-tested simple meditation technique regular practice of which could keep the practitioners focused and mentally strong. Participants enjoyed learning the technique and and were also interested to know and be part of AYUDH, the international youth wing of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
