The daily IAM practitioners from all over the world gather together for the guided session and practice IAM as a group and clarify their doubts. The participants remarked that doing these guided sessions together as a group has motivated them to a great extent. They feel Inspired to do their daily practice knowing that there are reliable support systems. They continued saying that, it’s easy to find excuses not to meditate alone at home, meditating with group helps to develop a habit and they learn from each other also.

“Apart from relaxing the body, IAM practice improves concentration and clarity, it also helps in reducing stress, decreases any tension-related pain and improves the immune system. IAM has really helped me to have a proper balanced life”, said Ms Divya Menon, research scholar from CUSAT, Kochi, India.
