IAM group practice and refresher session has been a great inspiration for the IAM practitioners. During the session, the group was guided through the meditation steps along with revising the technique. The participants mentioned that the guided meditation and revision has improved their daily practice very much and helping them to witness the emotions and life problems in a much better manner. The daily practice is making them stress-free and reprogramming the anxious mind positively. All were happy about the practice and said, they are able to sit and do their practice continuously without having to refer to the handouts now. Hence, they felt more concentration, confidence and peace.
