Phychologists from USA and Spain, Senior Engineers from Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Officers from State Bank of India Maharashtra and IDBI Bank Ahmedabad, Software Engineers from Nokia Bangalore, a CA student from BMCC Maharashtra and a research scholar from CUSAT participated in IAM Meditation Workshop. Participants commented that they loved the way the workshop was conducted by the team and felt unwound and re-set after the session. The engineers remarked that they now had clarity on the triggers of stress and sources of negativity in life. Hence, they felt more motivated to inculcate meditation into their daily lives to mitigate and manage them.

Philologists were amazed to know about the research findings of IAM meditation from the instructor.

“Just within few hours, I could experience deep relaxation. I wish to experience all the positive benefits of IAM through regular practice. I would recommended the IAM Meditation as a best tool to manage the mind “, said Ms Marisa Luisa Serra, a Psychologist from Spain.

“The calmness that I feel now is beyond words. I will definitely integrate IAM as part of my daily routine. IAM is a beautiful package of yoga and meditation. It is both beneficial for physical and mental health”, remarked Mr Santosh Srinivas, Senior Engineer from Nokia Bangalore.
