IAM practitioners gathered online for a refresher and Q&A session on the meditation technique. During the session, the participants boosted their enthusiasm to practice IAM in the right spirit and clarified their doubts. Some participants shared that they are plagued with insecurities about the future and that the pace of life has changed drastically due to COVID19. During the refresher, however, they were reminded of the value of being fully present in the current moment and they were set free of their personal crises during the session.
“I practice IAM Meditation every day. IAM has given me greater endurance and increased resilience during this time of heightened despair related to COVID-19.
