Scientists across the globe have documented the positive impact of meditation through several studies during the COVID pandemic. Since the start of the pandemic, certified instructors from across the world have been offering virtual workshops of the Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique to help people ease stress and find peace and calm. Leaders from various fields came together for an IAM virtual workshop. Mr M V S Shoban Babu, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited New Delhi, Dr Navjot Kaur from ICSK – The Indian Community School, Kuwait, Ms Ananya Maity from Mount Litera Joka, Mr Prasad VTSV from Radysis, Bangalore, Ms Payel Bose from Birla High School, Kolkata and Mr Prashanth from Cubebio, Bangalore were among those who joined.  

At the end of the workshop, Dr Navjot said, “I am feeling relaxed and calm. I loved the meditation and the energy and positivity of the meditation coach”. Ms Ananya Maity said, “It was a wonderful session. I feel nice from inside. It is very effective and relaxing.” Mr Prasad said, “This meditation technique is very realistic and practical. Warm up exercises are very relaxing to get to meditation. Thank you very much.” Ms Payel Bose said, “It is a wonderful initiative, feeling great after the workshop. Thank you so much. I especially liked the clarity of instructions and scientific explanation of every step.” Mr Prashanth said, “I feel relaxed. I especially liked that the instructor was very communicative and super relaxed and set an environment where it was easy to ask questions.”
