The IAM youth version is a simple & powerful meditation practice that will help students be healthier, happier, and more resilient. It takes only 20 minutes enabling them to practice on their own easily, every day after the workshop. Scientific studies across the world have shown that students are experiencing increased levels of stress and anger during the pandemic compared to before. Daily IAM practice will help them be mentally strong and stress free.
